EXPRESS DELIVERY VIA UPS/USPS/DHL All Johnear products are shipped via UPS/USPS/DHL, and currently, we only ship within the United States.

Please understand that unforeseen circumstances (such as customs clearance or weather issues) may cause delays in shipping. However, in most cases, your packages will arrive within the aforementioned timeframe.

NOTE: FedEx/APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for delivery. While UPS/USPS/DHL may occasionally deliver to PO Box addresses, any loss incurred due to a PO Box address is not our responsibility. Therefore, if possible, please provide a physical address.
